Promoters of offerings who receive compensation or act on behalf of issuers are required to clearly disclose these roles in all communications. Additionally, fees associated with posting and selling securities through our site are charged to issuers as commissions based on funds raised, payable upon closing.

 

Please note that fee policies may be updated at our discretion, with notifications provided to users accordingly. All fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined.
